Firstly, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with your inspector on 0409 788 134 or inspections@mitay.com.au.
If you still disagree with a determination made by our inspector during your inspection, you may appeal the determination to the Building Appeals board (BAB).
An appeal must be lodged within 30 days of receiving our determination.

If we have not been able to carry out any required follow-up inspection due to access being withheld or lack of cooperation on the pool owners’ part or have not issued a certificate of compliance (Form 23) by the set date.
We are required by law to lodge a Certificate Of Pool And Spa Barrier Non Compliance (Form 24) to council, who may apply additional fees and/or requirements, you should discuss this with council.
